| Enomoto shall pursue environmentally-friendly manufacturing to bring about a human society that appreciates the works of nature. |

| Environmental policy |
| 1. |
Enomoto shall continuously seek improvement to its environmental conservation activities through identifying the environmental impact of its business activities, goods and services, and setting / reviewing environmental objectives and goals within the scope that can be achieved technologically and financially. |
| 2. |
We shall abide by environment-related laws, ordinances and agreements, and implement initiatives for environmental conservation. |
| 3. |
In regard to the environmental impact of our business activities, goods and services, we shall give priority to the following items in pursuit of environmental conservation and contamination prevention:
（1）Sorting waste to promote recycling and reducing waste
（2）Promoting resource conservation (electricity, paper, etc.)
（3）Promoting green procurement

We shall educate all Enomoto employees and other personnel who work for Enomoto on environmental activities, so as to become a conservationist company. |
| 5. |
This Environmental Policy shall be made available to all parties in and outside Enomoto. |
