| All members of Enomoto's senior management and workforce shall attain a
high level of ethics, comply with laws, regulations, in-house rules and
social customs, and act in good faith at all times, so as to contribute
to the development of society as a whole. |

The enhancement of corporate governance is defined as the top priority management task. |

Any association with antisocial activities or forces shall be blocked and fended off in solid determination. We shall respect fairness, transparency and free competition, in conducting appropriate and healthy business transactions. |

We shall comply with laws, regulations and in-house rules. |
| 4. |
We shall recognize that environmental conservation is an important task
of the society as a whole, and actively take on the task in accordance
with Enomoto's environmental philosophy and policy. |

We shall respect basic human rights and bring about a healthy and safe working environment. |

We shall disclose corporate information in an appropriate manner and timing,
so as to enhance communication with stakeholders. |

We shall recognize the importance of all information assets including corporate
and personal data, and actively work toward securing its safety and reliability
in accordance with Enomoto's basic policy and guidelines on information
security. |

We shall actively engage in activities of social contribution to bring about an affluent society. |

Enomoto management shall recognize that it is their role to put the spirit
of these guidelines into practice, and become a role model for the rest
of the company in initiating company-wide application of the guidelines
and circulating the information to affiliates and client businesses. |

If a situation that runs counter to these guidelines arises, the management shall take the initiative in resolving the issue and preventing its recurrence, and implement strict disciplinary measures, including those on themselves, after clarifying the applicable scope of authority and responsibility. |
