Health and Productivity Management Policy

Promotion Structure

To promote "Health and Productivity Management," the President acts as the Chief Health Officer (CHO), and the Executive Officer of the Management Administration Group serves as the Officer in Charge of Promotion.

As the practical implementation body, a dedicated Health and Productivity Management Promotion Team has been established within the General Affairs Department. This team deliberates on health initiatives and their effectiveness with Health Managers at each factory. Furthermore, we actively drive "Collabo-Health" initiatives in unified collaboration with health insurance societies and related organizations.

Key Health Management Objectives & Tasks

We regard reducing the rate of abnormal health checkup findings as our highest priority. By enhancing health awareness and establishing healthy habits among employees, we aim to improve these checkup results and ensure that every employee feels physically and mentally healthy while working.
